At ShoppingHighway, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains our guidelines for returns and refunds for products such as keyboards, mice, webcams, and LCD writing tablets.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is received as defective, damaged during delivery.
- While receiving the product customer must confirm that packing is not tempered and while opening the order customer must make a short video.
- Video must include printed label on packing and all sides of received packing.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging. Packing box and seals should not be torn/broken and accompanied.
- Once return request received, after discussion we will arrange the product pickup, returning delivery charges should be paid by the customer. Amount will be adjusted while sending back the refund amount.
- If any Logitech product item is not working, customer should visit to nearest Logitech service center.
3. Refund Policy:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or tampering are not eligible for returns.
5. Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
